For EU Customers

If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason.

How to Request a Return:

• Email us at refunds@fantasycanvas.shop within 14 days of delivery.
• Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a clear statement of your intent to withdraw.

After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 days. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the items or proof of return, including the standard delivery charge (if any), using your original payment method.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Use a trackable shipping method. We are not liable for lost returns.

• Custom-made or personalized items

For Non-EU Customers

If you are located outside the EU, returns are accepted only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. We do not accept returns due to change of mind, dislike, or wrong size selection for non-EU orders.
